Many of the capital cities in the US are known as A-list destinations where tourists flock to explore their history and enjoy the amenities.

In this video however, we cover the 10 WORST state capitals in America. A visit to these capital cities brings a whole new meaning to the phrase Capital Punishment…with a capital ‘P’!

Speaking of PEE…

10. Albany

If the smell of pee bothers you, you’re not going to want to spend much time in Albany, the capital of New York. Albany is full of landmarks for history buffs to enjoy and has a diverse smorgasbord of food to partake of.

The capitol building is one of the most impressive in the nation — located on the 98-acres that make up the Empire State Plaza. But, travel across the tracks to the other side of Central Avenue and you’re in for a whole different story.

Albany’s forgotten ghetto area is full of unmaintained buildings and is swarming with shady individuals. This capital city will take your breath away but unfortunately, it’s because it smells like absolute garbage. The truth of the matter is…this city stinks.
