The 10 Most Expensive Hotels in the World
You can’t afford a single night at these luxury hotels
We have 10 hotels on this list that combined, cost more than what you AND your family will make in an entire lifetime. From $48,000 hotels with bulletproof windows and heated floors to an underwater submarine hotel that costs $100,000 a night, these are the most expensive hotels in the world.
10. Burj Al-Arab, Dubai
Here’s a hotel that offers a pillow menu with 17 options, a custom-made 24-karat gold iPad that serves as a virtual concierge, and a private cinema. The most expensive suite here costs an average of $24,000!
The Burj Al-Arab, which I think is Arabic for “huge freaking building”, is the third largest hotel in the world and was designed to look like the sail of a ship. Located on an artificial island in Dubai, the Burj Al-Arab has been called the world’s first ever seven-star hotel. Rumors say the rooms even have a minibar and chocolates on the pillows!
This hotel has marble and gold everywhere, and it’s so fancy that the island it sits on is only accessible by a private bridge, and it has its own helipad on the roof. This is great because that’s always been my problem when I go to a hotel, “Where can I park my helicopter?”
